Sunday Round Up
This week was rather… uneventful? Yea, let’s go with that. It was that run-of-the-mill, same old routine kind of week. Getting back into the swing of things at work after the overindulgence of the holidays, finding my way to the gym (spoiler alert: it’s literally 27 steps from my front door), and having that thing called a bedtime. I’ve lived a little listlessly over the last year and a half. I truly didn’t realize how badly I craved structure and stability until I unpacked my suitcase for the last time; spending the last 3 weeks in my own bed.
It’s weeks like these that I find myself thankful for the slow seasons. Thankful for rest and schedules that aren’t filling up the square of every single day on the calendar, and then some. This week was uneventful, but it felt so damn good to seek joy in the simplicity of a cup of coffee in the morning and a chapter of a good book to cap off the day. Simplicity. That’s the name of the game right now, and I’m about it.
And for your reading pleasure:
Some simple things that just go together.

As someone who is constantly looking for an excuse to gather a bunch of pals, this comforting idea for a new group is soup-erb. (See what I did there?)
In case you needed a reminder that women are friggin’ powerhouses; complete with lessons to bring with you into 2019.
And since we’ve got wedding on the brain and I think we could all use a Sunday morning cry, check out these photos.
That’s all for now. But hey, let me know if you read any of these links. I’d love to discuss over a cup of coffee (I just figured out how to use the Starbucks app so I can send you a latte, REAL QUICK).
